Emma started her banking career in 1986, as a teller and new accounts representative at a Savings and Loan in Southern California. After moving to Oregon in 1991, Emma worked as a teller at two different financial institutions before accepting a position as a lockbox clerk in 1999 at a community bank. Over the next nineteen years at that same bank, Emma worked in Treasury Management operations, Treasury Management sales support, and as a Data Analyst in Product Development.

Emma joined The Commerce Bank of Oregon in September of 2018 as their Treasury Management Operations Specialist. In 2021, she was promoted to the Treasury Management Sales Officer role.

Emma likes to eat out, work out, walk, go to the Oregon Coast, and watch baseball and football. She lives in Portland with her husband and has two children and two grandchildren.
