As Client Service Representative for The Commerce Bank of Oregon, Lan Dao is primarily responsible for performing daily teller duties; client service, and other operational tasks for the department.

Lan holds a BS in Human Resources and Management from Portland State University.

Lan Dao is an excellent fit for this position because she is very organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. With over 17 years of experience in banking, Lan’s banking career started in 1998 at Bank of America as a Cash Vault Representative, where she was responsible for handling large cash deposits for her clients in Washington and Oregon.

Lan likes to keep the peace and focus on simple joys- like family, faith, and romantic comedies. It’s no wonder she fell in love with Portland during a visit in college, where she was drawn to the friendly people, diverse culture, proximity to the coast, and plethora of activities that Portland has to offer.
